Find work with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)
Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the Australian Government's employment program for people living with disability, injury or a health condition.
The program is free and helps you prepare for, find and keep a job.
IEA replaced Disability Employment Services (DES) on 1 November 2025. Unlike DES, there are no time limits or points system. If you join as a voluntary participant, you won't have mutual obligation requirements.
WISE has been helping Australians find work since 1992. Today, we deliver Inclusive Employment Australia in every state and territory.

Am I eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia?
You may be eligible if you have a diagnosed disability, injury or health condition. You'll also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and meet the eligibility requirements for Inclusive Employment Australia.
You can still access the program if you've been assessed as able to work fewer than eight hours a week. If you join voluntarily, you won't have mutual obligation requirements.
Centrelink will confirm your eligibility through an Employment Services Assessment (ESAt).
