JOB SEEKERS AND EMPLOYERS – SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Sensitive information is disclosed only with consent, where required to provide services, or where permitted or required by law, including disclosures to government bodies and authorities.

Sensitive information is protected by confidentiality obligations and security controls. You may request access to or correction of sensitive information at any time.

This Privacy Policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Privacy Act or Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION
